Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We ship Monday to Friday. Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be processed, we do aim for your order to be with the courier within 24-48 hours. Any orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be sent out the next business day.

  • If your order has any pre-order products in it, we will send your full order once all products are ready to be sent, we will not send it individually.
  • You will receive a tracking email from gosweetspot once your order has been dispatched.

New Zealand

We offer FREE tracked shipping on orders over $50 within New Zealand.

Delays may occur during New Zealand public holidays + long weekends.

All items are tracked with ATL (Authority to Leave), if you would like to have it signed for instead, please let us know.


Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number and a signature is required upon delivery, if no one is there to sign for the parcel it will be taken to the local post office. Please keep in mind some deliveries can be delayed due to circumstances we can not control. On average shipping within NZ takes up to 3 business days. Deliveries to some rural areas can take up to five business days within New Zealand.

International

We do not take responsibility of any local customs costs and taxes that may apply in your country. 

Australia

Standard New Zealand Post, is tracked, but no signature required. Usually it takes between 3-10 business days, please expect delays due to COVID. This shipping method costs NZ$20.

DHL Express, is tracked shipping and requires a signature upon receipt.Usually it takes between 3-5 business days, please expect delays due to COVID. This shipping method costs NZ$30.

Asia Pacific

Standard New Zealand Post, is tracked, but no signature required. Expect delays due to COVID. This shipping method costs NZ$37.

DHL Express, is tracked shipping and requires a signature upon receipt.This shipping method is faster than the standard one but please expect delays due to COVID. This shipping method costs NZ$50.

Europe

Standard New Zealand Post, is tracked, but no signature required. Expect delays due to COVID. This shipping method costs NZ$38.

DHL Express, is tracked shipping and requires a signature upon receipt.This shipping method is faster than the standard one but please expect delays due to COVID. This shipping method costs NZ$60 (roughly 35 Euros).

Unites States and Canada

Standard New Zealand Post, is tracked, but no signature required. Expect delays due to COVID. This shipping method costs NZ$40 (roughly USD$24 or CAD$35).

DHL Express, is tracked shipping and requires a signature upon receipt.This shipping method is faster than the standard one but please expect delays due to COVID. This shipping method costs NZ$55 (roughly USD$37 or CAD$49).

Rest of the World

Standard New Zealand Post, is tracked, but no signature required. Expect delays due to COVID. This shipping method costs NZ$40.

DHL Express, is tracked shipping and requires a signature upon receipt.This shipping method is faster than the standard one but please expect delays due to COVID. This shipping method costs NZ$85.

Australia

We do ship to Australia. Customer is responsible for any fees related to importing the good purchased.

Other

Returns

If you have received a product to be incorrect, damaged or faulty, please provide details (including photos) within 7 days of purchase. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Please contact our customer care team at hello@brontebody.com and include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.

If you're not in love with the products you have purchased, we are happy to have them returned so long as they are in un-used condition and in all original packaging with labels etc., again we will be the judge of whether these items are in that condition or not. You (the customer) will be in charge of postage costs to return it to us. 
The same conditions apply for exchanges, you will be responsible for the cost to send it back to us then have it re-sent out, so please make your choices wisely.
Any packages lost in courier aren't our responsibility. We only use tracked postage services to ensure this doesn't happen but as soon at it is dispatched it is out of our control. We do not hold accountability for lost or damaged items once it has left our premises.
