Shipping and Returns
We ship Monday to Friday. Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be processed, we do aim for your order to be with the courier within 24 hours. Any orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be sent out the next business day.
- If your order has any pre-order products in it, we will send your full order once all products are ready to be sent, we will not send it individually.
- You will receive a tracking email from eParcel once your order has been dispatched.
We offer FREE tracked shipping on orders over $50 within New Zealand.
Delays may occur during New Zealand public holidays + long weekends.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number and a signature is required upon delivery, if no one is there to sign for the parcel it will be taken to the local post office. Please keep in mind some deliveries can be delayed due to circumstances we can not control. On average shipping within NZ takes up to 3 business days. Deliveries to some rural areas can take up to five business days within New Zealand.
At the moment we are not shipping overseas. However we are working on that. Flick us an email, follow us on Instagram and Facebook or sing up to our newsletter to get notified to when we post overseas. Contact us.
If you have received a product to be incorrect, damaged or faulty, please provide details (including photos) within 7 days of purchase. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Please contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.
